3. Payments

Payment is due according to the invoice provided.

Failure to make payment may result in:

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Refund Policy

Because our work involves custom digital services, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.

Project delays caused by the client—including failure to provide content, approvals, images, access credentials, or timely communication—may extend delivery dates.

SEO Conveyance is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

    • Provide accurate information
    • Supply requested content promptly
    • Maintain communication
    • Obtain rights to all submitted images, logos, videos, and trademarks
    • Review completed work within a reasonable time

Clients are responsible for ensuring submitted materials do not violate copyright or trademark laws.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

SEO Conveyance retains ownership of:

    • Source files
    • Templates
    • Frameworks
    • Internal automation systems
    • Custom development methods
    • Proprietary software
    • Business processes
    • Internal documentation

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the completed website content specifically created for their project, excluding third-party software, licensed assets, proprietary systems, and tools owned by SEO Conveyance.

8. Website Hosting & CRM Services

If SEO Conveyance provides hosting or CRM services:

    • Monthly fees must remain current.
    • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
    • Accounts inactive due to nonpayment may be permanently removed after a reasonable period.
    • Clients are responsible for maintaining current billing information.

9. Third-Party Services

SEO Conveyance may integrate third-party platforms including, but not limited to:

    • Payment processors
    • Email providers
    • CRM software
    • Domain registrars
    • Hosting providers
    • Google services
    • Microsoft services
    • Social media platforms

We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, account suspensions, or failures of third-party providers.

10. SEO Disclaimer

SEO is an ongoing marketing strategy.

SEO Conveyance does not guarantee:

    • First-page rankings
    • Specific Google rankings
    • Increased revenue
    • Increased website traffic
    • Specific keyword positions

Search engine algorithms change frequently, and results vary based on many factors outside our control.

11. Marketing Results

Marketing performance depends on numerous variables.

We do not guarantee:

    • Sales
    • Leads
    • Phone calls
    • Conversion rates
    • Return on investment

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

12. Website Availability

Although we strive for maximum uptime, SEO Conveyance does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

Downtime may occur due to:

    • Illegal activities
    • Website misuse
    • Breach of these Terms

15. Account Termination

SEO Conveyance reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client:

    • Violates these Terms
    • Abuses employees or contractors
    • Uses services for unlawful purposes
    • Fails to make required payments
    • Engages in fraudulent activity

16. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.

17. Privacy
